Mr. Gupta, who is a Promoter and son of Chairperson and Managing Director Mr. Prem Kishan Dass Gupta, and brother of Joint Managing Director Mr. Ishaan Gupta, will continue to receive sitting fees and performance-linked commission, but is not entitled to a salary or perquisites in this role.
