It has slipped by 0.35% over last one week and edged lower by 1.83% in last one month while the market capitalization of Captain Polyplast Ltd has inched up 1.52% and 10.59% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Captain Polyplast Ltd stood at Rs 6.93 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 25.77% year-on-year, and plunging by 46.40% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 9 crore, surging by 29.91% YoY and crashing by 30.13% sequentially. Total expenses tumbled by 43.63% to Rs 72.56 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 63.05 crore, registering a fall of 36.70% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 4.11 crore, registering a marginal contraction of 3.07% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations declined slightly by 2.54% to Rs 286.84 crore, while net profit surged by 76.15% to Rs 31.32 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 2749% to Rs 28.16 crore, and PBT jumped 70.73% to Rs 39.25 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 7.83 crore in FY26, as against Rs 13.69 crore in FY25. Captain Polyplast Ltd slipped 3.85% in last one year, significantly underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.63% during the same period.
