CCME Global issues shares to acquire subsidiaries, valuing Interlink and CCME UAE
29-Aug-26   20:40 Hrs IST

CCME Global Limited, formerly Genesis IBRC India Limited, is undertaking a series of corporate actions including acquisitions and a stock split, as detailed in a regulatory filing as of August 29, 2026. The company plans to acquire 100% of CCME UAE and 52% of Interlink, issuing a total of 19,63,17,249 shares with a face value of INR 10 each for these acquisitions, based on valuations from an Independent Registered Valuer and a Category I Merchant Banker. Additionally, CCME Global Limited intends to execute a 1:10 stock split, reducing the face value of each share from INR 10 to INR 1, aiming to enhance liquidity and broaden accessibility for smaller investors, with completion expected during fiscal year 2026-2027. The company’s authorized, issued, and paid-up share capital will be impacted by the split, but no shareholders were left without shares. Managing Director Poonam Chaturvedi oversees these changes.
