Kashyap and Sons Limited announced it has secured a new work order worth Rs 91.57 Crores from Embassy Development Ltd. for the execution of civil and structural works for Verde Phase II in Bengaluru, with an approximate execution period of 17 months. The order, received and accepted on July 28, 2026, does not involve any related party transactions and neither do promoters or promoter group companies have any interest in Embassy Development Ltd.
