Ltd. for the supply of transformers, totaling approximately Rs 50.80 Lakhs, comprising Rs 25.80 Lakhs (PO-4100001283) and Rs 25.00 Lakhs (PO-4100001282). The orders, representing commercial supply of 500 kVA transformers for a BESS project, are expected to be executed within three months, with an invoice value including GST of Rs 59,94,400. The company confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have an interest in Sunsure Energy, and the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction.
