ACME Solar Holdings Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, ACME Marigold Urja Private Limited, has executed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with NTPC Limited for a Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) power project with a contract capacity of 400 MW under NTPC’s FDRE Tranche 01. The project, with a contracted capacity of 400 MW and a tariff of Rs 4.37 per unit, is scheduled to commence supply on June 30, 2028, and has a project tenure of 25 years.
