SRF Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Intimation of receipt of NOCs from National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Ltd for application for Reclassification of person forming part of the Promoter Group Category to Public Category shareholder of the Company pursuant to Regulation 31A of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ( SEBI LODR Regulations ).
