Metro Brands has allotted 49,061 equity shares under ESOP on 13 November 2025. Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 1,36,19,71,100/- (consisting of 27,23,94,220 equity shares of Rs 5 each).
