In furtherance to our earlier intimation dated September 11 2025 this is to inform you that the meeting of the Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company was scheduled to be held Today at 04:00 P.M. to consider and approve the terms and conditions of the Rights Issue. As the approval from BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange w.r.t above said Rights Issue is under process. In view of the same the revised date for the meeting of the Rights Issue committee shall be communicated upon receipt of the requisite approvals.
