Infosys has allotted 55,609 equity shares under 2015 Incentive Compensation Plan. Consequently, on 15 March 2024, the issued and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 20,75,38,48,995/- divided into 4,15,07,69,799 equity shares of face value Rs 5/- each.
