Notice is hereby given that the 01st (First) Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Company for the Financial Year 2024- 2025 will be held on Monday, April 29, 2024 at 04:00 P.M. at the Registered office of the Company at Space No. 920, Kirti Shikhar Building, District Centre, Janak Puri, New Delhi-110058 to transact the businesses mentioned in the Notice. As per the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules framed thereunder read with the Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company is pleased to provide to its members the facility to cast their votes through electronic means on all the resolutions set forth in the Notice. The e-voting will commence on Friday, April 26, 2024 at 09:00 A.M. and will end on Sunday, April 28, 2024 at 5:00 P.M. (both days inclusive).
