| Initial public offer of 52,86,400 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of Yaashvi Jewellers Limited ("the Company" or "Yaashvi" or "the Issuer") at an issue price of (Rs) 83 per equity share for cash, aggregating to (Rs) 43.88 Crores ("Public Issue"). The issue includes a reservation of 2,67,200 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10/- each, at an issue price of (Rs) 83 per equity share for cash, aggregating (Rs) 2.22 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The public issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Net issue of 50,19,200 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10/- each, at an issue price of (Rs) 83 per equity share for cash, aggregating upto (Rs) 41.66 Crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The public issue and net issue will constitute 30.00% and 28.48% respectively of the post- issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
