| Initial public issue of 44,49,600 equity shares comprising of (a) fresh issue of 39,99,600 equity shares by the company (b) an offer for sale of 4,50,000 equity shares by the selling shareholder of face value of (Rs) 10/- each of Valencia India Limited ("vil" or the "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs) 110 per equity share including a share premium of (Rs) 100 per equity share (the "issue price") aggregating to
(Rs) 48.95 ("the issue"), of which 2,23,200 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10/- each for cash at a price of (Rs) 110 per equity share including a share premium of (Rs) 100 per equity share aggregating to (Rs)2.46 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion").
