| Initial public issue of 69,64,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of (Rs) [*] per equity share (including a share premium of (Rs) [*] per equity share) ("issue price") aggregating up to
(Rs) [*] crores ("the issue"). The issue comprises a fresh issue of 69,64,000 equity shares aggregating up to (Rs) [*] crores ("fresh issue").
This issue includes a reservation of 3,50,000 equity shares aggregating up to (Rs) [*] crores (constituting 1.50% of the post- issue paid-up equity share capital of the company) for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion").
