| Initial public offer of up to 27,00,000 equity shares of face value (Rs) 10 each (the "Equity Shares") of Shree Balaji (Mala)
Textiles Limited ("the Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at an issue price of (Rs) 66-70 per equity share (including securities premium of (Rs) 56-60 per equity share) ("Issue Price"), aggregating up to (Rs) 17.82-18.9 Crores (the "Issue") of which 1,36,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10 each aggregating to (Rs) 0.90-0.95 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 25,64,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10 each at an issue price of (Rs) 66-70 per equity share aggregating upto (Rs) 16.92-17.95 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.26% and 25.89% respectively of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: (Rs) 66/- to (Rs) 70/- per equity share of face value (Rs) 10/- each.
The floor price is 6.6 times of the face value and the cap price is 7.0 times of the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 4000 equity shares and in multiples of 2000 equity shares thereafter. |
