| Initial public issue of up to 58,32,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Savy Infra AND Logistics Limited ("Company") for cash at a price of (Rs) 120 per equity share (Including a Share Premium of (Rs) 110 per Equity Share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to (Rs) 69.98 crores of which up to 2,92,800 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10 each for cash at a price of (Rs) 120 per equity share including a share premium of (Rs)110 per equity share aggregating to (Rs) 3.51 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 55,39,200 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10 each at a price of (Rs) 120 per equity share aggregating to (Rs) 66.47 crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue".
