| Public issue of upto 64,67,200 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10 each ("equity shares") of Sarveshwar Foods Limited ("company" or "issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs) 85 per equity share (including a share premium of (Rs) 75 per equity share) aggregating up to (Rs) 54.97 crores. The issue comprises of upto 3,24,800 equity shares of face value (Rs) 10 each for cash at a price of (Rs) 85 per equity share, aggregating up to (Rs) 2.76 crores which will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of upto 61,42,400 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10 each for cash at a price of (Rs) 85 per equity share, aggregating up to (Rs) 52.21 crores is hereinafter refered to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.32% and 25% respectively of the post issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
Issue Price: (Rs)85 per equity share. The face value of equity share is (Rs)10 each and issue price of (Rs)85 is 8.5 times of face value of equity shares.
