| Initial public offer of up to 39,00,000 equity shares of face value (Rs) 10 each (the "Equity Shares") of S A Tech Software India Limited ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at an issue price of (Rs) 59 per equity share (including securities premium of (Rs) 49 per equity share) ("Issue Price"), aggregating up to (Rs) 23.01 crores (the "Issue") of which up to 2,84,000 equity shares aggregating to (Rs) 1.68 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of upto 36,16,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10 each at an issue price of (Rs) 59 per equity share aggregating upto (Rs) 21.33 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 29.86% and 27.69% respectively of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is (Rs) 10/- each. The issue price is 5.9 times with the face value of the equity shares. The anchor investor issue price is (Rs) 59 per equity share.
