| Initial public issue of 13,20,000 equity shares of (Rs) 10 each ("Equity Shares") of NAPS Global India Limited ("NAPS" or the "Company") for cash at a price of (Rs) 90 per share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to (Rs) 11.88 crores ("The Issue"), of which 72,000 equity shares of (Rs) 10 each will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue, aggregating to
(Rs) 0.65 crores (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less than the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 12,48,000 equity shares of (Rs) 10 each, aggregating to (Rs) 11.23 crores, is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 29.80% and 28.17% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
