(Rs) 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Jay Kailash Namkeen Limited ("Company") for cash at a price of (Rs) 73 per equity share (including a share premium of (Rs) 63 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to (Rs) 11.93 crores of which up to 83,200 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10/- each for cash at a price of (Rs) 73 per equity share including a share premium of 63 per equity share aggregating to (Rs) 0.61 crores is reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion").
