| Initial public issue of up to 31,28,000 equity shares of face value of
Re. 1/- each of Infonative Solutions Limited ("infonative" or the "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs) 79/- per equity share including a share premium of (Rs) 78/- per equity share (the "issue price") aggregating
to (Rs) 24.71 crores ("the offer"), comprising a fresh issue of up to 31,28,000 equity shares aggregating up to (Rs) 24.71 crores by the company ("fresh issue") and out of which, 1,56,800 equity shares aggregating to
(Rs) 1.24 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The offer less the market maker reservation portion i.e., net offer of up to 29,71,200 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each at a price of (Rs) 79/- per equity share including a share premium of (Rs) 78/- per equity share aggregating to
