| Initial public issue of 32,30,400 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Eventions Limited ("Company") for cash at a price of (Rs) 118 per equity share (including a share premium of (Rs) 108 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to (Rs) 38.12 Crores of which up to 1,62,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10 each for cash at a price of (Rs) 118 per equity share including a share premium of (Rs) 108 per equity share aggregating to (Rs) 1.91 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Net issue of 30,68,400 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10 each at a price of (Rs) 118 per equity share aggregating to (Rs) 36.21 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.51% and 25.18% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: (Rs) 118 per equity share of face value of (Rs) 10/- each.
The floor price is 11.80 times of the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can be made for a minimum of two lot (lot size consist of 2,400 equity shares each) and in multiples of 1,200 equity shares thereafter. |
