| Initial public issue of up to 48,24,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10 each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of (Rs) 135 per equity share (including a share premium of (Rs) 125 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to (Rs)65.12 Crores ("Issue / Issue"). This issue includes a reservation of up to 2,42,000 equity shares aggregating up to (Rs)3.27 Crores for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue shall constitute 26.33% and 25.01%, respectively, of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company, respectively.

The floor price is 13.5 times the face value of the equity shares.
