PGIM India has announced that Mr. Rajesh Krishnamoorthy, Independent Director and Mr. David Chang, Associate Director of PGIM India Asset Management Private Limited (‘the AMC’) have resigned from the Board of AMC with effect from July 27, 2026, and July 28, 2026, respectively. Consequently, details of Mr. Rajesh Krishnamoorthy and Mr. David Chang stands deleted from “Details of AMC Director” under sub-section “The Asset Management Company” under section “I. INFORMATION ABOUT SPONSOR, AMC AND TRUSTEE COMPANIES”, in the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of PGIM India Mutual Fund (Fund).
