| Initial public offering of 7,00,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Olatech Solutions Limited ("Olatech" or "The Company" or "The Company" or "The Issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs) 27/- per equity share (including a premium of (Rs) 17/- per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to (Rs) 1.89 crores ("The Issue") of which 44,000 equity shares aggregating to (Rs) 0.12 croress will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 6,56,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10/- each at an issue price of (Rs) 27/- per equity share aggregating to (Rs) 1.77 crores ("Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 29.91% and 28.03% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
