| Initial public issue of 34,04,400 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10- each fully paid for cash at a price of(Rs) 188 per equity share (the "issue price") (including a share premium of (Rs) 178 per equity share) aggregating (Rs) 64** Crores (the "issue"). of which 1,71,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10 for cash at a price of (Rs) 188/- per equity share, aggregating (Rs) 3.21 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 32,33,400 equity shares offace value of (Rs) 10/- each for cash at a price of (Rs)188/- per equity' share, aggregating (Rs) 60.79 Crores is hereinafter refered to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 30.59% and 29.06 Respectively of the fully diluted post issue paid up equity' share capital of the company.
