| Further Public Offer consisting of fresh issue of 24,99,600* equity shares of face value of (Rs) 5 each ("equity shares") of Madhav Copper Limited ("company" or "issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs) (*) per equity share (including a share premium of (Rs) (*) per equity share) aggregating upto (Rs) (*) Crores (the "issue").
