| Initial public offering up to 22,84,800 equity shares of (Rs)10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Luxury Time Limited ("LTL" or the "Company") for cash at a price of (Rs) [*] /- per equity share (the "Offer Price"), aggregating to (Rs) [*] Crore ("The Offer"), comprising a fresh offer of up to 18,28,800 equity shares aggregating to (Rs) [*] Crore by the company ("Fresh Offer") and an offer for sale of up to 4,56,000 equity shares by Mr. Ashok Goel and Mr. Pawan Chohan ("The Promoter Selling Shareholders") aggregating to (Rs) [*] Crore ("Offer For Sale").
