| Initial Public Issue of 70,00,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10 each ("equity shares") of Artemis Electricals Limited ("the company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs) 60 per equity share (the "issue price"), (including a premuim of (Rs) 50 per equity share), aggregating (Rs) 42 Crores ("the issue"), of which 3,56,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10 for cash at a price of (Rs) 60 each aggregating (Rs) 2.14 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 66,44,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10 each for cash at a price of (Rs) 60 per equity share, aggregating to (Rs) 39.86 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 28.34 and 26.89 respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is (Rs)10 each.
The issue price is (Rs)60 and is 6 times the face value of the equity shares.
Bid can be made for a minimum of 2000 equity shares and in multiples of 2000 equity shares thereafter.
