| Initial public ofefr of 52,50,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Agni Green Power Limited ((the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs) 10/- per equity share, at par (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to (Rs) 5.25 crores ("The Issue"), of which 2,70,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10/- each for cash at a price of (Rs) 10/- per equity share, aggregating to (Rs) 0.27 crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion").
